What does a hotel look like to you? How does it differ from a house? What criteria influence the choice of a hotel by you? Having conducted a detailed analysis of the hotel market, we developed «The Rest Square». The semi-finalist of the international competition-festival Archivision 2021 in the nomination «Tourist buildings (hotel, motel, SPA, restaurant)».
Modular hotel «The Rest Square»
This modular hotel combines accessibility and concise design. The panoramic windows in the rooms allow guests to feel closer to nature, the swimming pool in the courtyard – refresh when needed, and the summer cinema and playground – have fun on the territory of adults and children.
On the ground floor there is a hall that also serves as a bar. On the right there is a technical module and rooms. On the left there is a small waiting area and rooms. Rooms on the first floor have direct access to the pool. MDF panels with and without backlight are used for rooms and public areas.
The pool in the courtyard is surrounded by terraces.
On the second floor of the hotel there are rooms and terraces for relaxation. The corridors are decorated with illuminated MDF panels and have seats overlooking the pool.

The bathroom is although small, but very important room. We always approach its development with special care!
