When the scope of work has been determined and we have received from you a measurement of the premises or a geodetic survey (for building projects), we receive a prepayment and begin to draw up the technical assignment for the project. We will interview you to thoroughly explore all aspects of your life in the future interior or building. Next, this information will be arranged as an album with drawings and pictures that ALREADY will give you an idea of your future project.
Various Drawing Packages
You can choose the package of drawings at your request and not pay for what you can do without in the implementation of the object. We offer five different packages for building and interior design. Price policy
Installed on the design of houses prices are among the most affordable. You pay directly for the work of an architect or designer, as additional services such as photorealistic visualization and author supervision are not included in the design package. This way you save money by choosing only the right positions for your project.

You can order the design of an apartment, house or public building from anywhere in the world. We don’t have to meet in person to communicate. Modern technologies allow convenient communication in the messenger, making a demonstration of the screen, sending files online.

PROJECT STEPS:
1 STAGE: The client provides measurement and photo of the premises, we discuss with you the future interior to the smallest detail, you get consultation of the designer.
2 STAGE: we develop furniture arrangement, prepare 2D-illustrations of the premises.

The best option if the project is needed urgently and the budget is small.

In order to obtain the construction certificate, it is necessary to have a building plan of the site and The Development Plan. And this is, in fact, already a draft of your future building. We will develop your Development Plan taking into account all wishes and current regulatory framework. All comments from city planners and architects will be processed for free until the Development Plans are fully approved.
The Development Plan is a set of sketch drawings required to obtain the building’s construction certificate. In turn, the construction certificate is a permit for the construction of some types of buildings, incl. individual residential houses up to 2 floors and an area of up to 300 m².
CONSISTS OF:
– interaction with the architect;
– detailed interview of the Client, preparation of the technical task;
– development of a set of drawings for submission to the authorities of urban planning and architecture;
DESIGN STEPS:
1 STAGE: The client provides geodetic survey of the site, geology, photo of the site, address (for viewing the site in online maps) and town planning restrictions.
2 STAGE: development of the technical task on the Development Plan. We will discuss with you all the details of your future building and create a technical task.
The planning solution (drawings) and the explanatory note are carried on in one version after the approval of the specification.
Additions or modifications to the drawings proposed by the architecture authorities are made for free when an official response is received from these authorities.

After approving the Development Plan and obtaining a construction passport, it is time to develop a project for the builders and realize your dream!
The working design (architecture) is carried out after the approval of the Sketch of intentions and receiving of a building passport. If the Development Plan is as close as possible to the future building drawings, containing information only on the configuration and dimensions of the building, the working design is a set of drawings that allow the construction of the building. Having a working project reduces the total cost of construction by about 30%, and the speed of construction in 1.5 – 2 times.
PROJECT STEPS:
1 STEP: Approval of the draft drawings from the Development Plan.
2 STEP: Amendment of the existing Development Plan if it is necessary. This service is paid separately.
I.e. if the work is proceeding according to Development Plan clearly, there is no additional payment. If the Client wants to change something – this work is paid separately from the main set of working drawings.
The planning solution (drawings) and the explanatory note are executed in one version after approval of the drawings from the Development Plan.
